Viorica ANDRIŢCHI is an Associate Professor, PhD in Pedagogy, Head of Psychology and Educational Management Department, at the Institute of Education Sciences, a national trainer in the field of Psychology and Educational Management. It has participation in national and international scientific projects, national and international scientific forums, trainings, workshops, roundtables with addressing importance for the country’s education system. She presented a number of communications at more than 50 scientific forums. She has significant contributions in research, by publishing over 100 scientific and scientific-methodical articles including monographs about educational management and extended trainings for school managers. She is the co-author of several educational policy documents, is the author of the theory and methodology of human resource (HR) management in education (2012); the author of HR management standards in education (2012); co-author of educational management standards (2013, USM, UNICEF Moldova); author of extended professional training programs for teachers in Pedagogy; author of continuous professional training programs for school managers.
Elena BONCHIS is the University Professor at Oradea University, PhD in Pedagogy. She is a senior psychologist, supervisor in educational psychology and school counseling and vocational specialist in Developmental Psychology. He has published over 80 studies and articles in national and international scientific journals. Mrs. is the author of scientific volumes as: Developmental Psychology (2004), General Psychology (2006), Theories of child development (2006), Child Psychology (2007), methodical guidelines for teachers and school psychologists. Dr. Bonchis is an Associate Member of several professional associations: the International School Psychology Association, the Association of Psychologists of Romania, the College of Psychologists from Romania, the President and founding member of the National Association of School Psychologists and is part of the editorial board of School Psychology Journal.
Irina CAUNENCO holds PhD in Psychology, Head of Inter-ethnical Division, Centre for Ethnology, at the Institute of Cultural Heritage, research coordinator at the Academy of Science of the Republic of Moldova and senior lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology, Sciences of Education and Social Assistance at Free International University of Moldova. Dr. Caunenco is the author of over 100 scientific articles, co-author of 3 scientific monographs in cross-cultural psychology. Her research interests comprise the psychology of big social groups, the psychology of ethical identity, and psychology of intergroup and inter-ethical relationships.
Petru JELESCU is University Professor, teaching the Educational and Developmental Psychology, at Faculty of Psychology and Special Education, at the State Pedagogical University (UPS) “Ion Creanga” from Chisinau of the Republic of Moldova. Member of the Editorial Board of the “Psychology” journal, in domain of Special Pedagogy and Welfare, member of the Profile Scientific Seminar in psychology from the UPS “Ion Creanga” and the Profile Scientific Seminar in psychology at the Institute of Education Sciences of the Republic of Moldova. Dr. Jelescu is the author of scientific monographs and teaching materials of several scientific articles. Prof. Jelescu has awarded with the Medal of Civic Excellence of the Republic of Moldova.
Victoria GONTA is an Associate Professor with PhD in Psychology, Head of the Psychology and Social – Human Sciences Department at the American University of Moldova (AUM). As researcher, Mrs. Gonta participated in multiple national and international scientific forums and has published over 100 scientific papers. Her scientific interests include issues about violence and aggressors, psychosocial models of victims recovering, migration, self-image formation, organizational communication, working with personnel and conflict mediation. Elena LOSÎI is an Associate Professor at the Department of Psychology, at the State Pedagogical University (UPS) “Ion Creanga” from Chisinau of the Republic of Moldova, PhD in Psychology. Mrs. Losii teaches courses as: pedagogical psychology, organizational and work psychology, addictive behaviours psychology, psychology of advertising, psychological factors of academic failure (first cycle – licence) and psychology of young, adult and old age, Psycho diagnosis and interventions in the baking, retail and advertisers (second cycle – master). Dr. Losii is the author of diverse publications including a monograph, a handbook for students, co-author of 10 handbooks, methodical teaching papers and over 90 scientific articles. She actively participated in international projects: TEMPUS MOLDINCLUD (2009-2012), TEMPUS TEREC (2011-2014), TEMPUS INOVEST (2012 – 2015), winning in 2015, the first place at the researches contests, awarded by the Supreme Council of the Pedagogical University „Ion Creangă” and hold the diploma for science and teaching activity on the 75th anniversary of CSPU „Ion Creangă”, honoured by the Ministry of Education.
Anatol NACU is the University Professor, PhD, Head of Department of Psychiatry, Narcology and Medical Psychology, member of Romanian Society of Psychoanalysis, member of editorial board of three journals from abroad and three national periodicals. He is the author of more than 150 scientific articles, the President of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Society from Moldova and vice-president of Psychiatrists and Neurologists Society.
Angela POTANG is an Associate Professor, PhD, head of Psychology Department, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences ofMoldova State University. Dr. Potang research interests are based on work psychology, managerial psychology, psychology of affectivity and self-regulatory processes, organizational health psychology, psychology of transport and other topics. She is the author of 5 original books and about 50 scientific articles.
Valentina PRITCAN, PhD and Associate Professor at the Department of Psychology, “Alecu Russo” Balti State University, from the Republic of Moldova, the holder of general psychology courses and courses of burnout preventing, manager of international projects. Steliana RIZEANU is the dean and professor, Ph.D. at Hyperion University of Bucharest, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences. Dr. Rizeanu currently is teaching courses in Psychotherapy, Psychological Counseling, Clinical psycho-diagnosis and Psychology of addiction. She is also certified psychotherapist in cognitive-behavioral therapy, clinician psychologist and supervisor. Over the past years she was involved with theoretical and practical research in pathological gambling field and since 2010 she coordinates the “Gamble responsible” project in Romania. Ruxandra RĂSCANU is an Associate Professor, PhD and Clinical Psychologist with more than 30 years experience. Dr. Răscanu is teaching Introduction in Psychoanalysis, Clinical psycho-diagnosis, Differential psychology, Projective techniques, Communication Psychology and Psychopathology of Addiction courses at the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences at he University of Bucharest. Svetlana RUSNAC, PhD, Associate professor, has argued in 1995 PhD thesis in psychology on “Mutual perception between ethnic groups in mixed communities” at “Al. I. Cuza” University from Iasi, Romania. Since 1995 until present is working at the Free International University of Moldova (ULIM), Chisinau, Moldova. Is Dean of the Faculty of Psychology, Education Sciences and Social Work. She was involved in dozens of projects at national and international scale. She is author of about 250 publications, four monographs, six manuals and guidelines, articles in journals and collections. She participated in more than 200 national and international scientific meetings. Research interests: social psychology, psychology and humanistic psychotherapies, ethno-psychology, gender psychology, etc.
Lucia SAVCA, Doctor in Pedagogy, Associate Professor, worked over 40 years at the State University “Ion Creanga”, Chişinău, to Department of Psychology. Dr. Lucia Savca is the founder and president of the Association of Psychologists Practitioners in Moldova, founder and chief editor at the journal “Psychology” scientific-practical. She founded and leaded over 24 diagnostic and psychological rehabilitation centre “Harmony” in Chişinău. Her research interests include behavioural and emotional vulnerability caused by stress, as well as the study of changing behavior and cognition under positive emotions. Mrs. Lucia SAVCA is an excellent specialist in Differential Diagnosis, Developmental Psychology, Family Psychology, Clinical Psychology and humanistic psychotherapies and cognitively behavioral psichotheterapies. She participates in national and international scientific projects, national and international scientific forums, trainings for psychologists, workshops, roundtables addressing topics of utmost importance. SHEVCHENKO PhD thesis on the specialty “19.00.04 Medical Psychology” defended on the subject: “Emotionally and personal features of patients with coronary heart disease”, is Associate Professor of Philosophy at the Odessa National Maritime University.
